Justin Bieber fans in Los Angeles are delighted to see the entertainer working on Monday. The entertainer is in downtown Los Angeles and is getting back to work after a big weekend. The entertainer is filming his video with the group Rascal Flatts and there isn’t any denying that the fans are marching around the city just to catch a glimpse of Justin.
The group, along with Justin Bieber, is filming the video of ‘That Should Be Me.’ Prepared to get started, the entertainer was seen with retro-themed sunglasses, his trademark leather jacket and those dog tags that the ladies love.
In confirmation of going to work with Rascal Flatts, Justin Bieber used Twitter to let his fans know he is back to work and started the week off early. Ok, technically not that early, but early enough in the day for a rock star to be working.

POLICE have cancelled a Justin Bieber concert on Sydney Harbour this morning concerned for fans’ safety after reports of girls fainting.
Thousands of teenagers camped out overnight at Sydney’s Circular Quay to watch the Canadian pop sensation.
The 16-year-old was meant to sing three songs in front of the Overseas Passenger Terminal on Channel 7′s Sunrise program this morning in what would have been his only Australian public performance.
But police said they were worried about the welfare of all the young people at the scene and called off the gig.

Bieber’s “My World 2.0″ (Island) clings to the apex in its fourth chart week with sales of 92,000, according to Nielsen SoundScan data for the week ending April 18. Collection tracked a 10% loss. Bieber’s other top 10 album, his debut “My World,” dips two positions to No. 10 with flat sales of 30,000.

“Basically, we went to Washington. We did the thing for the president,” he told MTV News, adding that he called Obama “Mr. President.”
While Bieber is Canadian, he was just as honored as any American would be to perform at the White House. “It was great,” Bieber said. “[Obama] was really cool, really nice, and I was just happy to be there.” As it turned out, Obama’s daughters, Sasha and Malia, really love the 16-year-old pop star. “We met them, took pictures with them, took pictures with the first lady,” Bieber recalled.
While he has it down now, Obama didn’t always know the correct pronunciation of Bieber’s last name. “The first time I met him was a couple months back,” Bieber said. “And when he introduced me, he said, ‘Justin Bye-ber.’ ” Though, Bieber wasn’t really bothered: “Whatever.”
As cool as it is to perform in D.C., Bieber used his celebrity status to do one more thing not many people get a chance to do. “I got to hang out with him in the Oval Office, which is pretty crazy, because no one really gets to go in there,” he said. “But it was pretty incredible. I got pictures with him.”
According to Reuters, Justin’s album “My World 2.0″ is set to take the #1 slot again this week selling another 75,000 copies! Brilliant News guys!
The Canadian teen idol’s “My World 2.0,” which reclaimed the top spot last week, is on track to hit 80,000 copies for the week ended Sunday evening, sources said.
The biggest new entry should come in the form of New York electronic-rock duo MGMT’s second album “Congratulations,” which could sell between 65,000 and 75,000 copies. It could start as high as No. 2, depending on how much of a decline Usher’s “Raymond v Raymond” — currently No. 2 this week — experiences in its third chart week. (A No. 1 debut is a possibility for MGMT, but again, it depends on if Bieber’s “My World 2.0″ collapses harder than expected.)
